We operate on a 'No Ticket, No Payment' basis. If we are unable to secure tickets for you, you won't be charged anything. You only pay when your requested tickets are successfully secured.
Yes, you may request changes (e.g., section preference, account updates, quantity adjustments). However, each update will move you lower on the priority list. Please finalize your preferences before submitting to avoid delays.
For International Events (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia): HTB/TPA must be paid upfront. For Philippine Events: Pay in Advance (Priority is given to those who pay early) or Pay After Checkout (Still accepted, but you'll be given lower priority compared to those who pay upfront).
No deposit or tickets are required. You can choose between: Full Payment by You (You handle checkout yourself, only pay the HTB/TPA fee) or Full Checkout by Us (Send the full ticket amount plus HTB/TPA fee before selling day, and we process the order on your behalf).
Our availability is 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday). We may occasionally reply during late nights or outside regular hours.
